Our online patient portal will allow you to communicate with us easily and safely according to your schedule. Using your own secure password, you can log into the online patient portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.

We are offering the online patient portal to help you save time, avoid playing phone tag with your provider and stay educated about ways to keep your family healthy and safe.
To make an appointment at Saint Helens Internal Medicine:
Appointments may be made by directly calling Saint Helens Internal Medicine at (503) 366-6244.
Scheduling is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. *Current patients will
be able to request an appointment online by logging into our online Patient Portal.
The scheduler will ask you for the following information:
Your current Primary and/or Secondary insurance information.
We will also confirm your name, date of birth, address, contact phone number and e-mail address.
Whether you have special needs, such as an interpreter.
Your provider will tell you when a follow-up appointment is necessary. We typically like to
schedule your follow-up visit at our check-out desk, but you are always welcome to call the
clinic later to re-schedule your follow-up appointment if needed. Our schedulers will call to
remind you and/or you may receive a reminder via e-mail or the online patient portal.
Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an automated call to confirm your appointment approximately 2 business days prior to your appointment. You may also choose
to receive a confirmation message via our online patient portal.
If you find that you need to re-schedule your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The online patient portal should not be used to cancel appointments.
